Our Service Commitment

At Quoglarnchodyrex, we take pride in the quality of every hand car detail and interior cleaning we perform. Our goal is for every customer to leave satisfied with the results. Because we provide a service rather than a physical product, our return policy is structured around service resolution rather than product returns.

Service Satisfaction

If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the detailing service performed on your vehicle, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We ask that you:

  • Describe the specific area or aspect of the service that did not meet your expectations.
  • Allow us the opportunity to inspect the vehicle and assess the concern.

Where a legitimate service shortfall is identified, Quoglarnchodyrex will make arrangements to re-address the affected area at no additional cost.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that schedules change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked appointment:

  • Please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee, depending on the circumstances.
  • Rescheduling is always welcome and we will do our best to accommodate a new time that works for you.

Pre-Existing Conditions

Quoglarnchodyrex is not responsible for pre-existing damage, defects, or conditions present on the vehicle prior to service. We conduct a brief walk-around before beginning work and encourage customers to point out any known areas of concern. This helps us provide the most appropriate service and avoids misunderstandings.

Refunds

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If a service was not delivered as described and a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through a complimentary re-service, please contact us directly to discuss options. Refund decisions are made at the discretion of Quoglarnchodyrex management after reviewing the situation.
